Gonzales City Council gives final vote on budget with pay raise, zoning ordinance rewrite

GONZALES – The Gonzales City Council approved a two percent cost of living raise for employees in the 2016-17 fiscal budget to compensate a $50 per month increase on health insurance premiums during its regular meeting Monday.
